Tchotchom is a financial technology platform that provides payment processing, money transfer, and payout services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• International and domestic money transfers
• Digital wallet services
• Transaction monitoring and reporting
• KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance services

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself.

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You will maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

• For money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes

In no event shall Tchotchom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tchotchom in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact our support team to close your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
